Phyllis Haas Arnold, born on March 14, 1933, passed away on April 16, 2026. She lived a full life surrounded by the love of her family.

Phyllis is survived by her devoted daughters and son: Cynthia Goldsmith, Debbie Harvey (Chad), Lisa Kasten (David), and Fred Arnold Jr (Tricia). She was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren: Daniel (Thomas), Kevin (Daviah), Scott (Julian), Jason (Ashley), Rachele (Zach), Lauren (Eric), Desyre, and Dominique. Her family was further blessed with three great-grandchildren: Aria, Hattie, and James.

In addition to her children and grandchildren, Phyllis is survived by her stepdaughters June A McNeil, who has a son named James McNeil; and Shirley Trautwein, who has a daughter Lori Howard and great-granddaughters Ashley and Samantha Howard.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred.

A graveside service to honor Phyllis will be held on April 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, located at 12905 Wild Acres Rd, Largo, Florida. Later that evening, at 7:00 p.m., there will be another gathering at 3213 W Harbor View Ave, Tampa, Florida.

Phyllis’s family and friends will remember her for her kindness and the love she showed throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
