Evelyn Joan Gross

Evelyn Joan Gross, 85, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2026. She was born on November 12, 1940, and lived a life marked by love for her family and devotion to those closest to her.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Gross, who passed away on September 17, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Sylvia Forman and Murray Forman.

She is survived by her husband Leonard Janas, loving brother, Marc Forman and his wife Gabrielle.

Evelyn was a devoted mother to her children: Shari Meyer, Susan Bailey, Gary Gross, and Michael Gross.

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Kimberlee Natal and her husband Jeremy, Jessie Curran and her fiancé Anfernee Torres, Kiana Hemingway, Justin, Matthew, Evan, Joey, and Eddie. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren, Graciella Natal and Emmie Natal, who brought her great joy.

Evelyn will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the deep love she had for her family. Her presence will be greatly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
