Charles Remy Cabiac

Charles Remy Cabiac, born 2 June 1941 in Brooklyn, New York, passed away at his home in Ormond Beach, Florida on 31 January 2026.

Charlie lived 84 rich and fulfilling years. He was an intrepid spirit, a teacher of science, a prolific geneologist, and a man driven to establish connections.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Barbara Buns of Ormond Beach, Florida; 5 children: Samuel Cornelius of Fremont, California; Rice de Banne of Wilmington, North Carolina; Ethan Moore of Sanford, Florida; Noah Matthews of Ormond Beach, Florida; and Tirzah Crosby of Longwood, Florida; and 10 grandchildren: Isaac, Ava, Aaron, Kyan, Remy, Hunter, Elise, Marlowe, Niko, and Ozzy.

Charlie's funeral service and interment will be held at 1pm Tuesday 3 February 2026 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, 12905 Wild Acres Rd, Largo, FL 33773.
